One of my friends told me this song is good, & i hope to believe them. I reckon it takes a bit to get into, but if you still think it sucks by the end of the song, then I will find a way to give you those 4 minutes back.
The bridge & outro is probably some of the best music I've written though. Take that however you will.
lyrics
It is not the power, it is the grace,
of fallin down, where you left me,
as the clown, while I so deftly loved you,
I cram my foot into my mouth,
to spite my name, I'd burn my house down to the ground,
This is not the cupid sound
& with my shoes, I'd paint your face,
you name the time & I lose my place,
It is repeating & self-defeating,
so I will float down stream
I taste the corners of your heart,
the same mistakes to make if we take it from the start,
This is not the cupid sound,
whats the point of comin round,
if you don't hear that cupid sound
